Waivers, rental agreements and damages information

Rental Terms & Conditions:

1. Must be 19 years of age or older to operate

2. Renters must show proof of valid driver’s license

3. All renters will be required to sign a waiver and rental contract prior to operating

4. Damaged returned machines:

In the event that a machine is returned damaged, where at the company’s sole discretion the machine is unsafe to operate and needs to remain out of service until parts are sourced and repairs are completed. A daily fee of $290 will be charged up to a maximum of 10 days in the event of parts being delayed.
The Renters are fully responsible for any damage outside of normal wear and tear this includes the price of parts, labour, transportation, shipping, and any applicable taxes and duties.
In the event that a machine must be recovered there will be a fee of $1.50 per km, plus $100 per hour or part thereof and applicable taxes.
The renter has the option at any time to purchase the damaged machine at the current replacement costs:
1. C FORCE (1 seater) $8,199 + taxes, PDI and any other costs including delivery
2. C FORCE (2 seater) $9,899 + taxes, PDI and any other costs including delivery

9. A damage deposit of $3,000 will be taken per machine in the form of a credit card hold

10. A fee of $100 per hour or part thereof will be charged, per machine in the event of returns 30 minutes or more past the agreed written return time. There will be no acceptable excuses or leniency as machines need to be returned timely for staff to complete inspections, preparation and cleaning.

11. Machines must be returned fully cleaned (under carriage included) and full of premium fuel otherwise fees will apply

2. Re-fueling price of gas plus $15 filling fee per machine
